Action Photographics has been granted permission by the Australian Cricket Board to sell prints to the General Public subject to certain conditions.

In order to safeguard the interests of the players and the integrity of the ACB logos and associated properties, prints of Australian Test Cricket, One Day Internationals and all interstate cricket are sold on the following conditions:

1) The print is for personal use only
2) The print will not be reproduced, copied or published in any form without prior written permission of Action Photographics and the Australian Cricket Board
3) The print will not be on-sold or offered for re-sale to any individual, organization, association or company without prior written permission of Action Photographics and the Australian Cricket Board.
4) No more than two (2) prints of any image will be sold to any individual, or organization.

In ordering prints of cricket from Action Photographics, purchasers agree to abide by these conditions. A copy of these conditions will be enclosed with each order for cricket prints.
